Guided Meditation is the art of skilfully delivering a visual journey which can bring deep relaxation and re-balance to the client on all levels- mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It can also bring insight, answers or outcomes to be explored in the real world. 

 

Meditation has a long history in many spiritual paths and is invaluable in our fast-paced, stressful world. And it has the power to bring about greater self-knowing, clarity and direction.

 

Guided meditations are relaxing yet therapeutic at the same time, and can be used to:

    • Relax, rebalance, reconnect and renew yourself

    • Focus your intentions

    • Receive inspired guidance

    • Create inner calm and mindfulness

    • Dissolve stress and increase coping ability

    • Improve relationships

    • Gain clarity

Meditation Classes

These mediation sessions last around 1 hour and also include discussion and feedback. They are offered both in person and online. Please ask for more details.

This 21 day guided meditation challenge is a great way to begin your meditation journey or to deepen an existing one. Each day you will listen to a session lasting around 15 mins. They are pre-recorded so you can listen to them at your leisure. They will be working on mind, body and spirit and each day builds on the previous one.
